Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging when contacting us.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

Items without their original tags or packaging

Personalised, customised or special-order items

Gift cards

Discounted or sale items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal items may not be eligible for return once their packaging or protective seal has been opened.

Sale Items

All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different size, colour or item, please request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
